It starts with working on a renovation team and being promoted to foreman/construction lead for a few years, and then there's sleeping in your vehicle in the driveway of the property every night of the first rehabs, and finally you have the experience, the reliable contacts, and the know-how to do the job and have trusted associates/employees handle some of the oversight aspects of the job.

That said, This is the vehicle that was chosen to market both StrongBrook & The Mentoring Network, so if you're interested in either you'll have to go through a "Sales" guy, but keep in mind- StrongBrook regularly has events that you can attend and learn more about the company in a group setting with minimal-to-no pressure.

The SFH home is a bad vehicle for you. 250 homes would take a while to purchase and it's a lot of manage day-to-day.

I am looking for advice because I want to move away from the gas station industry as I do not believe in its longevity because times have changed with electric vehicle sales rapidly increasing with no signs of slowing.

But to answer your question, this guy would drive by the motels every evening and count the vehicles. 

i'm not into the stock market or other vehicles. i wish i could pay all cash but thats a bit too risky, OPM is a rule for my decisions.
