I am in the Phoenix area and the CPAs that I’ve called are either not picking up the phone or have too many clients already.

I've tired finding some on Google, but it seems incredibly hard to get these people to pick up the phone! 

I get phone calls where I quote $69 to clean a drain and a man, if you want to try to call him that, tells me he has to talk to his wife.

Have a decent website/social media to show your work, promote yourself well and build your brand, and answer your phone/make yourself available and you should be picking up work in a short amount of time.

I sincerely doubt, I will get any property at the revised price (initial contract + 10% additional)Builder is non-responsive to my phone calls now.

I just tried to post an answer with zero URLS, phone numbers etc. 

Or maybe they'll scream at you and hang up the phone.

I called the Property Management company for my rental and asked for the owner's phone number, then called him to see if he was interested.

Took me a while as I was on the phone with my insurance agent.So far, I did not experience the difficulty of insurance.

We found a pro photographer and trade her a weekend to do all of our pictures...what a huge difference between hers and the cell-phone ones I had taken...!
