With carrier crackdowns and a new election cycle coming up, I wonder how much longer people can continue to do cold texting. 

The freeze/thaw cycle will bust the dirt up into a powder by Springtime. 

I would recommend first taking a step back and figuring out how much risk you are comfortable with, and deciding if you are conservative or aggressive or somewhere in between on the spectrum.Personally I’m a conservative investor and so at this stage of the cycle I am only looking at sponsors with at least one full real estate cycle with no money lost.

That kind of stuff was more common 7 to 10 years ago at the bottom of the cycle recovery.

They’ve gone up substantially.Perhaps Lucas Carl could jump in and give an opinion of where we are in that cycle.

I know surplus funds is not a get rich quick scheme but I would still like to cycle through quicker turnover than say holding a lien.

I also other wholesalers contracting other wholesalers deals making a huge endless cycle of A-B-C-D transaction which is also ridiculous because by the time it ends up at the end buyer its not a deal anymore.

I have a RE Poker Club Starting, A Breakfast Club, and Cycling Club on the way.

I'm sure that we will see some of these cycle through the wholesalers as well.
