It's not an accounting package but has the bookkeeping integrated.

I started doing assistant work like monitoring his social media sites, responding to inquiries on listings that he had and eventually, I became better at office tasks and started to learn a lot about social media marketing( which I was always interested in and have a background in).

Ideally I would like to find something with a long shelf life, perhaps one that runs only during a guest stay or can be remote controlled by electrical outlet that I can integrate with the automated lights and door locks I have on place now.

It just seems like most people interviewed on the podcast that got their start with no experience and little to no money down, at least were more integrated in societal norms.

AirBnB already refuses to allow integration dispite every other major listing site allowing it which forces us to use their iCal feature to cross link our calendars. 

It is much simpler to use paper deposit slips, vs. trying to find your tenant's deposits on the internet and then integrating those deposits with your accounting system.

It also has integrated screening and application.
