If you are a strong person, you can handle a small problem and probably don't even view it as a problem.I have been trying to view my problems in a different light.

I'm not complaining; I'm just sayin', sometimes our light bulbs go off when we're ready to understand things and move to the next level.

I would put in inexpensive cabinets but doll the place up with attractive light fixtures, cabinet (pulls) handles.

What color are they wanting the walls to be repainted??
