Just as the title says I'm considering getting my license.

I am currently in the process of becoming a licensed salesperson as well as purchasing my first two family home, in which I will be occupying.

I'm Bianca Cooper, and I'm a real estate agent and attorney located in Columbia, SC (although I'm licensed as an attorney in GA).  

I have also been a licensed real estate agent for the last 1 1/2 years.  

So I just got my Texas Real Estate license and am in the process of looking for a broker to work with.

Looking at getting a RE license for the education.

Best resource aside from a really awesome manager.Again, I'm not licensed in any capacity in California, so don't take my word for it. 

I'm not doing this for wholesaling reasons, but for marketing for another purpose with my license.

I'm a full time chef really interested in growing in Real Estate, my first deal was and still being my primary residence bought as a short-sale paid 67k cash on January 2013, spent 18k in renovation and now it's worth around 150k .I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent 5 months ago, and I'm looking forward to working on this field. 

Have you thought about "interning" at a real estate office until you turn 18 and then getting your real estate license ?
