Is it too late to switch and close on time?

They have certainly had some good years since, but lately I've had a number of my former colleagues there contact me about buying in TX.

In terms of the payment - the biggest one that comes to mind is that we cannot charge late fees in the state of MA until the tenant is 30 days late.

I’ve been using Summit hosting but they have been having problems lately.

The article also doesn't mention if the landlord can charge late fees during this time.

This was really great for keeping me organized- it allows you to automatically send bills, add payments and also has time sensitive features baked in (for example a late fee applied on day 5).
