I closed on my first property December of last year.  

Lastly you're not kicking out the poor they are a tenant and have a lease just like anyone else.

Last time I checked there were a few dozen in the surrounding areas now there is none or maybe one property listed.Are these properties being listed in a different way now or just not as many foreclosures?
