I did do a cash out refi to get my Corte Madera home, which is its saving grace that makes me feel better) but on this rental now with my mortgage, property tax, HOA fees, and insurance my 2023 was negative. 

Do we cancel homeowners insurance and start rental property insurance?

I recently purchase a mix use Property where I will have residents and commercial tenants and my insurance wont insure the property will love some contacts for insurance that insure this type of properties 

They are the ones without adequate insurance, commingling funds, performing work without a contracts, relying on insured contractor’s /vendors etc.
