Multifamily, retail, office, industrial, warehouse, hotels, etc.Has this buyer purchased other commercial property before or are they new to commercial r.e. investing??

(I didn't happen to have the spare change laying around)I was in search of a resource that would help me understand the ins and outs of the Real Estate Investing industry without spending over $50!

I used to work as a Realtor for about 4 years in Maryland and really miss working in the industry.

They will probable average the income over the two years.If you haven't been in an industry for 2 years they won't let you claim income from any job/industry (I believe the exception is if you just graduated from college and are in the industry your degree is in)

I previously worked in the real estate industry as a realtor.  

Potentially a non-recourse loan on real estate if you had a stellar business relationship with a local bank with high revenue/income/assets depending on the industry (and long history with the bank).  

I currently work full time in the Oil Industry as an Wholesale Pricing Oil Analyst.

I am in the insurance industry and that rate is so cheap it makes me wonder if the agent is not selling a basic home policy which is potetially HUGE mistake.

@Matt Kissler @Katherine Swanberg Regarding the Prosser area...the Yakima region, lower valley in particular, has seen strong growth in the viticulture industry and also agricultural industry in general.

We used to rent out rooms/house with AirBnB before having a kid for race weekends and for the DNC so I imagine the hotel industry is trying to make it a more level playing field for them since these types of rentals are becoming big business.
