What is required is not a w2 job, it is doing a realistic assessment of your knowledge, skills and experience; your capability to successfully work independently in a non structured environment; an idea of the sacrifices you’re willing to make to built an independent business; and your access to capital large enough to provide an equity base for property acquisitions.You really don’t provide enough information for anyone to provide anything other than very general advice.
