Out of State RE License? Worth it?
Hey gang! Was looking at getting my Real Estate license outside of the state I currently live in, being California. It will take me way to long to save up for a house in SoCal, so I was looking at investing in either Texas or Florida, as those areas seem to be picking up speed and are a bit more affordable. My question, is there any merit to getting my RE license in one of those states, or should I just stick with California? Does it really matter where I get my license? Thanks :) .
