I was thinking the same thing @Tyler Mullen suggested....have you called the lender to verify that they actually sent this to you and why exactly they need it to confirm that it's not some scammer phishing for your personal info to do some sort of identity fraud?

They take 25%, I think that decreases as you go maybe, but that money provides so much guidance, rental checklists, ID verification, records of transactions and conversations, and even insurance for you and your renter.
