No income verification.- The lenders that I have handpicked ONLY report to the business credit bureaus (Dun & Bradstreet, Corporate Experian, and Equifax Commercial).

It's about their identity, the feel of purposefulness, their pride.

I was thinking the same thing @Tyler Mullen suggested....have you called the lender to verify that they actually sent this to you and why exactly they need it to confirm that it's not some scammer phishing for your personal info to do some sort of identity fraud?

They take 25%, I think that decreases as you go maybe, but that money provides so much guidance, rental checklists, ID verification, records of transactions and conversations, and even insurance for you and your renter.

They still do many things (escrow funds, transactional processing compliance (Accredited Investor Verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks, Anti Money Laundering (AML) Checks, Investor Suitability Checks, Transact Offerings, bad actor checks), due diligence, data retention, etc.

Things like contributions, distributions, timelines, etc. are identical. 

Your numbers are almost identical to mine, and I've been slowly building up a portfolio of rental homes that I self-manage.

Annually, I have my property manager perform an inspection and send me pictures, and that's all the verification I need the house is still standing ;)Once you decide on a location, your first step will be finding a real estate agent.

So, if anyone's an accountant or tax advisor type, I'd love the verification of my numbers.
