I had a company go out and they said there was no level mold that would affect the human standard of living. lol The tenants didn't agree and hired their own company at their cost who said the same thing.

All automated valuation models are garbage.Until recently, Redfin actually had a pretty decent consumer-facing tool that would let the user use their human brain to figure out which comps make sense and only include those that I would share with folks.

Just don't put out a sign and have the public parking out front.Now, if your mother is in poor health you may have another issue, you need to consider Medi-Care rules and her residence being exempt from her qualifying for benefits and what state requirements are from her estate to Medi-Care/Cade.
