Does anyone have a good guide for what you claim and what forms I should fill out to claim them?

Secondly, if there is any lawyers that can guide me through the process of crowdfunding and banking in the US I would be happy to get in contact.

I'm very eager to start as I have basic understanding down and as all of the guides on here say that it's time for action then, I'm doing exactly that.
