That’s the scary part I would like to talk with someone with guidance to lead me in the right direction for growth.

A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.

Out of curiosity... other than BP, what are some of your favorite resources for information, guidance, tools etc., specific to REI?

We are looking for some guidance on how to get our finances in order.

Clients are looking for guidance and a trusted advisor to show them the path and re-assure them; I would say at least being out of your 20s helps with that.

We are currently in the research phase and I've been reading up on anything and everything I can get my hands on. but I feel like without some sort of direction or guidance that we are missing out on valuable resources and opportunities.
