Any guidelines or helpful info for starting out AirBnB?

I’m just starting out my real estate journey and I feel like I’m running in circle. I want to invest into a property but not sure exactly where to start. I heard a few things about Airbnb from friends who are on the same experience level as me. That’s the scary part I would like to talk with someone with guidance to lead me in the right direction for growth. I have a 10,000 budget.
