Maybe a little lower since most of the houses next to it looked like they were all built around the same year but the neighborhood itself is in a good condition and great location (in between two naval bases, few miles from a hospital and school, not mentioning the lake just down the street)

Thanks to being a delivery driver for years, working a state rep political campaign walking door to door one entire fall, and growing up riding my bike every where in middle school I feel I can do some serious investing in these areas as my knowledge increases.
