Set up some keyword alerts on the forums here to get alerts on things you are specifically wanting to learn (maybe start with: military, VA loan, newbie, first investment, a city or state you are interested in). 

If you don't even know where Midland TX is (Google is helpful), then you have way more problems than the basic "how do I fund the deal."

First let me say good idea and nice thinking to add capacity of new elder homes.This google string brings up good reading and a few states reg's URLs:   building assisted living trainingBUT here's some info I heard;- Due to covid deaths in the elderly some nursing homes (and probably ALF) are running 50% to 70% capacity and this is the break even cash flow point for those facilities.

I tried googling this but no one is giving a clear answer on the 'Interest part'.

I've been very thankful for my decision to move to a Barska Key Cabinet for storage, Google Sheets for coding and tracking, and Kwikset Smart Key for each of our locks.
