I don't know about egress but the renter will have to use lawn chairs for furniture.

We also have a clause in our lease (as per FL law) that allows us to dispose of personal belongings without having to store items if tenant passes away and no one authorized by the court claims them or makes arrangements in required time frame.

If you have a garage or place to store so it doesn’t affect the schedule of work, even better. 

I think I'd be able to find some things used to save on furniture and other bigger ticket items. 

My family has been in the c-store/gas station business for the past 30 years.

They are in store deals so no links.

But this past couple weeks I learned that REI isn't just an outdoors store ;) So I've been doing a bit of research, reading, watching and listening and the last webinar was great so I signed up for BPPro.

He's provably going to give us 500-600 a month to help out with Mortgage, furniture etc.

I will look and see where I have stored this information and post from one of my manufacturers.  

I've searched the Google Play Store for 'Rentredi Owner' and every variation of this phrase and haven't found it.
