Do we write a check and have the Title company hold it until work is complete?

I filed a claim and my insurance company is estimating the damage currently.

I have heard about having a parent company with several LLCs below it.

We leveraged a card (1) a couple times to fund remodels, but the numbers were clear and end goal was always fixed rate financing.

If someone is working with a lower balance of funds like I am, than I'm more likely to prefer cashflow so that I can continue to afford the property as well as my life style.If I had some disposable income that was in excess of what I need to live on, than I'm more inclined to look forward towards appreciation because I would have enough wealth to take the hit now for the bigger payment in the future. 

Ask for help from a real estate expert or a company that manages properties to spot great deals.Good luck!

Caley looking for investments in Canada as well would be interested in discussing some capital funding. 

I also own a Construction company and a Property Management company.

They wont see the value of a management company because they dont have the actual NEED to be so systemized.

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to start, and if anyone could recommend some local title companies/ attorneys , that do closing deals with wholesalers.
