This aloud me to find some tremendous leaders who were always willing to share their experience.From there I started to reply to an occasional blog or forum post that was in my sweet spot of buy and hold investing.After a few months of this I stepped up and proposed my own forum discussions, asked some questions and wrote an occasional blog post.As of today I am honored to be a weekly contributor (Monday's) and I am weaving my buy and hold investing program into topics that are aimed and new investors and investors with full time jobs.I look forward to BiggerPockets being a part of my lead generation going forward as the site helps build my reputation and brand.Should be lots of FUN!!!

A "realty" show could cover first time investors, first time flipper, first time land lords and all the fun, challenge, risk, and reward that goes with those things.

Unfortunately we didn't understand the difference between 22 long rifles and 22 shorts and our grandpa chewed us out for shooting holes in the roof!

I just don't want to bite off more than I have time to chew.

thanks tracey..this project was a while ago, but i'm happy it's been revived..it was a fun project.. :) side note: i'm very bad with colors, so most homes i do have some combo of blue/red with them..i just listed a house last weekend, and we painted the master bathroom 3 different times..we finally hit the color luckily, but an interior designer, i am not :)hey mark, thanks for checking out the blog!

Hey Aaron, Sounds like fun :D We use the whimsical naming approach as well... our current project is "troll house" I could get into the naming details, but it isn't nearly as funny as the heart attack house.Keep us posted on your progress.

Just be warned, since I'll be the sober one, I'll also be the one taking pics of all of you in your fun drunken state to use as blackmail :)
