What does everyone think about Airbnb latest release, I was on the zoom meeting and am wondering what % my listings will be at with there new % ratings, some people will not be happy with where there % ends up.We will see the impact of what the % does...

I originally thought I had to occupy one of the rooms (it being owner-occupied), but I've heard people say that they were in the same situation and would just sleep on the couch. 

West Allis is particular, which was one of our hottest markets last year.Most people misunderstand the consequences.

And if you include the suburbs the Milwaukee metro area has about 1.6 million people.

Too many people hide their mistakes and only show the good stuff.

So that doesn't mean we have a 'housing crisis', it means they need to move farther east like people have been doing forever.Regular income people used to live in Pacific Beach too.

Make sure the property presents well when people come to look at it.

I've filed the eviction, they've been served with the paperwork, and now all that's left is for me to wait for the next steps and hope I filled everything out right (Denver county's process is making my head spin, and I'm having to do this without a lawyer because of cost) while in the meantime my tenant is otherwise just ignoring all my texts and notices and also (it feels like) acting like nothing has changed, still having people over for dinner, still walking in and out of my front door like no problem...leading up to this point I've had multiple informal conversations with this person about the toll their unpredictable behavior around payments has had on me.  

I won't do loans for people if it's not in their best interests to do.
