We have a beautiful mix of cultures, cities/towns within cities, suburbs, luxury pockets, and fantastic food to name a few things.

If I would have bought there instead of the various neighborhoods I currently own, I may have doubled my net worth.So every Investor has an Opportunity Cost if they can invest in a neighborhood, but for their own reasons, such as not receiving cashflow from the beginning, they invested elsewhere.Hopefully I have given you food for thought.Investor Llew

I don't think there is anything wrong with the fundamentals of the market we're in. Take

If rent is $2,000, your mortgage is $3,500, and your net is $1,500, that's a $500 increase in take home to you if you have the discipline to live as though you are paying $2,000.

For example, any food and medicine have to be vacated for the tenting.

The following is not advice but food for thought based on personal experience.As a new couple ready to start a family, we desperately wanted to buy a home. 

My cousin claims when that happens that bullets and food will be the new currency.
