Excellent point about STNL and NNN leases and who they are meant for.

While I was unclear in my statement about defining "double closing" I meant that you close on your purchase transaction, take title, now you own, then market to your buyers list and close again, the second closing being the "double" in my language.That would be perfectly legal and as others pointed out, some states do allow you to market a property without owning it and without a license as surprising as that is to me.

If they say "Private non commercial use" then you can't put it in your flyers meant to generate work.
