Did you "rent" the property under a lease/option or lease/purchase agreement and now the tenant/buyer is exercising the option to purchase?  

Review their management agreement.

However, the Tenant still has to abide by the lease agreement and pay their rent or they face eviction.

I know a commercial real estate agent who says he has leads for me, but he wants me to sign an exclusive agreement with him before he shares them with me.

After 1 year since becoming a member on BP I’ve finally closed on my 1st rental property (4-plex).

Hello guys...anybody aware of any form needs to be signed by the buyer when selling in AS IS condition beside the contract...I heard there should be a final walk through before the closing and the buyer needs to sign acceptance form of AS IS...anybody know how to get that form if exist?

The contingency I assume I would have to put in would be to have the place inspected thoroughly and any major issues for the owner to have fixed in order to finalize the deal.

I finally "fired" myself as the listing agent on our own property.
