FYI, we don't feel like our agent is really investor-friendly. 

This will be hard if he intends to keep the property as he will not want to pay you full market price.The main point is that you need to make sure that both sides are comfortable with the arrangement up front. 

A whole lot of wisdom there, I really appreciate the insight Bruce and to your point, this home certainly gave me a different feeling than others I’ve put offers on with much more of a investment prop mindset.

The list pulling aspect wasn't as appealing as I was comfortable with my current methods of pulling lists.
