I personally usually get to the ones near Boston and some North (I live in Newton and grew up in Dracut so that is more my targets, though only loosely).My favorite overall is the Black Diamond in Waltham.

I'm not in the mentoring business, just teaching.Phillip and  Aubrie are both very quick studies at picking up the basics, I expect them to do very well in RE.Phillip, I've told that story here a couple times, it's my favorite due to the circumstances and the players involved (LOL).

Her favorite so far was the one with @Elizabeth Colegrove whom I think gave her mega inspiration.

Don't tell the other people on BP but it's my favorite buy-and-hold area in Jax right now.
