And when a writ of execution is issued for a tax lien, there is a "first sale" st the sheriff sale similar to the "Upset Sale" where all liens of record remain in place, and should a property thus exposed to sheriff sale repeatedly end up not selling, the taxing authority can petition a judge to allow for a "free and clear" sale (similar to the "Judicial Sale").Maybe that clarified things, maybe that muddled things further ... let us know ;)

They have a great web portal for both borrower and lender and they ACH the money within 10 days after they receive the payment and the amortize the loan and they offer a number of other services as need....just check out their website.
