I leaned that from my lawyer who I called to refer me to an “investor friendly” attorney.

I would start with youtube or find a friend whos pretty decent with excel.......then go from there.

Manufactured Housing Dealer licenseEach state is different but being that California is California and is know as one of the most heavily restricted states not to mention so left wing tenant friendly states, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if there is all kinds of regulation against what your trying to do.

Had a couple attempts where I made it far but frankly the market here has been so competitive it has led me to seek my fortune elsewhere, specifically in Chicago, where I have a good friend doing real estate.
