Howdy everyone! No, I do not own boots. I should though, but being a slim guy, it feels kinda bulky.

I am a newbie at Real Estate Investing and have just recently sold my home in Mansfield, TX for double what I bought it at foreclosure. I am like WoW! That's a lot of money and I get to keep all of the profits. I only lived in it for 6 years but at the time bought a two-story house with a pool intending to sell it and make it big. I didn't know how soon that would be until my life changed over the summer, but no one wants to hear that.

I have a good real estate agent that I am working with and am hoping to learn more from everyone in this community. I am glad this site pools all of the good information into a concise manner and makes it easy to read. My goal is to buy and hold it for long haul, hopefully by starting with one rental property and expanding to two and so on. I want to make money work for me, and so I know that it takes some money to take care of those properties and hopefully, the cash will flow in and I won't have to invest any extra than what I have started with. 6 months from now, my goal is to begin that first property and be well underway to manage it, no matter what the learning curve is, because it's my first deal.

Well to wrap it up, I'm a pharmacy professional looking to do more business, as they did not train me about any kind of business while in pharmacy school. Everything it seems is all about marketing and getting people to buy your product, so now I have to learn how to "buy" at the right price. My ultimate goal is to open up my pharmacy with little debt and have people run it for me.
