Hi Mike,To answer your question regarding the last three lines, it looks like the first line is the buyer's or seller's address (depending on what you circled) and the second line will the the name of the buyer or seller and the last line will that person's address

If you compare a SFD to a SFD, or a multifamily to like properties or a strip mall to another, the investments are similar but they can not be compared equally to IBM stock, or a municipal bond or an annuity from Prudential or any other private obligation.Which also addresses Q2.

I know that you would have to file a gift tax for anything over $14k in a year, and if they were to sell the home they would pay capital gains tax, but what other things would need to be addressed?

@Greg FontenotHey Greg, some ways (outside of paying someone 100s of dollars to skip trace them and find a number) are googling their name and seeing if you can find something, searching their name on Facebook to see if you can find and message them, or search that property address on your local tax assessor site and it should tell you their primary residence.
