With all the "ibuyer" sites that continue to grow and spread throughout the industry, I cant help but have some doubt.

If they can afford do a month to month, I doubt you will get stellar rent.

This whole economic climate has me doubting myself or at-least my past experience which has only been in a strong economy.Any other investment ideas?

The property itself and the photography capturing it are top-notch so I heavily doubt appearance is your problem.

Probably a little easier than in my day when it was pay phones once you hit the dock if you wanted to make a phone call, but I doubt there's very good cell service in the middle of the Atlantic.

If in doubt, leave it out would be my mantra.  

Demo 5-6 rows of subway tile and cement board in the shower, pull up the fiberglass pan, have a new drain put in.
