Basically, always have a plan.If you're curious about the history of the property, check out the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser Site (I'm assuming that's where the property is), search for the address, look at the full legal description (format appearing to be PB 123-45), then transfer that to the Miami-Dade County Recorder's Site under the Recording Book/Page tab (the PB part = page/book).

Generally it is simply a letter identifying the tenant and the property description with a statement indicating the lease will not be renewed and providing a date to move out.

The last 4 digits show up in the transaction description from Wells Fargo, and we have a table to match it to a name and address... and QB class... and then to the Yardi transaction account entry.
