Just like California politicians will never just come out and express their actual desire to be a authoritarian socialist state but that’s the reality of what it is, sometimes you need to be able to read through the lines and see the big picture.  

Who is your customer going to be when you go to sell your multi-unit?

This info might all be irrelevant but just thought I would share to get a better picture of approach strategy.

We are planning to launch our first project on a big scale like we already have a registered office in Michigan, and now up to purchase project management and customer care software.

I havent checked with them in a few years but I do remember one of them wanting me to be a customer in order to look at giving me a loan.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software allows you to manage your contacts for outreach and marketing.

I'll just have to figure out where to advertise that might get me a customer. 

Make sure they know all of your personal financial info and have a clear picture of how to get this deal closed.
