This is also not an area for even a genius to venture into to become self taught in notes, there is a very cavilier attitude by investors and non-finance types concerning notes, obligations, rights and claims in interests as well as procedures.Attorneys who have not received training don't usually venture into finance law, it's not prudent at all for one without a formal legal background to address such issues, it very often is a case of not knowing what you don't know.
