I agree with @Owen D. that Facebook was not intended for direct communication with strangers to solicit business, but does present a way to communicate.

Rather I'd prefer to hold property and gain from it on a monthly basis.I know it's more complicated from that, which is why I want to learn.So basically, I'd like to know if you have any specific material for off-country investment, vacation property that may only work half the year (In Crete, I understand the island is not active during the winter), management, and biographies/success stories/mistake stories of such cases.I type as I think, so I might be all over the place, apologies for that.Thank you very much!

I agree, money is cheap now, so leverage is best.  

I agree with others but your scenario needs more data before someone can give you specific answers and accurate guidance.  

We had agreed on a price and I had already gotten pre approval for a loan amount that exceeds the sale price but when the bank found out it was a half plex they denied my loan.

I have to agree with Mom Get a job in your field that pays a decent wage so you can carry out your dreams of being a real estate investor 

I would be looking for other areas of the country that might be better for cash flow since that is your main objective.

@Theresa Amouzou There is a huge difference from country to country in Europe, so I would try to get in touch with investors in UK spesifically.One major difference between the US and Norway for instance is the fact that offers are binding.
