If you are a builder, the pool may contain F&C lots.

OK thanks--so I suppose the managing LLC has little or no assets/money contained in it in case it is sued...Are the members/managers exactly the same people in both LLCs?

If they have a packet "checklist" that contains their own forms, they will usually only give this to the owner or their Realtor.

Additionally, the zoning guide states “*A lot containing at least 1600 sq. ft. may be divided into lots with a minimum lot size of 800 sq. ft.”

Maybe you can bring in some of those shipping container storage units.
