My local credit union just uses TransUnion.....my first apartment complex used Experian.....my first mortgage used Fico....and on and on.I would recommend you first ask to speak to a supervisor (typically the clerks you deal with can't override bank policies) at your bank and see if they will go with your highest score.  

I wasn't going to be able to watch this one because I had a local REI meetup and then North Korea broke BP, now I can attend SWEET!

That's the reason I don't buy 1s, only complex with a good mix of 1s and 2s or SFRs.3. 

However as an ADU, well done,, as Jay mentioned, or a vacation rental as Leigh Ann wants they can make a lot of sense due to the type of tenants/renters they are attracting which is a very different demographic then trailer parks or apartments.You may want to google "Home Sweet Tiny House"  The author popped up on BP a couple months ago to give away the book for free - I think he is charging a dollar now on Amazon.

Hello all,I am looking for apartment complex lists in my target area and I am wondering if anyone has had any luck finding such lists.  

For my specific neighborhood in Manhattan, the minimum was $1520/month for 7% of the available impressions.  20% was $4,055/month, and the supposed "sweet spot" is 40% at $7,700/month.  

I've always wanted to be involved in real estate investing, specifically, flipping homes and owning single and multifamily complexes.

One is located in South Padre Island, Texas in a newer complex on the water.

Because do you think a bank is going to give you a loan because your cousin has hired all of his family members to run your apartment complex and now its losing money so you need to buy the cousin out?
