Thank you for your insight all, but the problem is considerably more complex than perhaps was indicated. 

Preparing form contracts isn't an overly complex matter and the amount of time expended to create the contracts can be estimated, so I would suggest trying to get a flat-fee rate over an hourly fee for completing such tasks. 

Main point if you have assets now you need to shine and truly show why your complex and management style is better than others and work with your tenants and investors.
