My wife and I look at a few different things: - Location - City growth (are people moving there, is a big company settling there)- Costs of the property vs. the rental income - Appreciation vs. cash flow (which is sometimes dependent on the city)I'm curious to hear what others have to say!

I started a real estate investing company a few years ago but don’t have the capital to buy my house on my own.

I am currently focused on real estate 4-6 hours a day and spend the other 8-6 hours a day growing my wife marketing company.

Immediately, I went and called a local pest control company to get a quote to take care of the issue. 

The notice could be something along the lines of, due to not receiving any response from you in regards to your rent increase, I am going to assume that you do not wish to continue with the higher rent and your lease will expire on x date at x time.

I’m sure it’s not 100%  but I’d be happy if it’s a legit company and not a scam.  

On one side the companies appears stronger, due to labor cost cutting, so equity investors appreciate the companies improvement on the quarterly reports, which supports investors desiring to invest more in other business, which improves the economy.

For a small company or individual owner the best combo is algorithmic pricing + daily (or at least weekly) checking of metrics.

This happened months ago and the only reason I bothered to start this thread was because the company continues to contact me with.

I wanted to reach out and tell you a little about our company.
