28yrs old, looking to buy first investment property (multi family) interested in doing a buy and hold so I can live on one floor to get out of my current residence, currently live in Fairview (Bergen County NJ) would like to be somewhere relatively close by relevant for commuters to the city (close to tunnel/bridge/path/bus routes) Figured now could be a better time to look because of corona since I am financially prepared, already approved and looking for home around 4-500k, my goal is to own multiple properties, would appreciate any advice thank you !

-great split floor plan with two masters (done with rehab)-House is walking distance to a very upcoming downtown area, and great employment/industry -two neighboring houses are rented at 1,800-1,900 but are in much worse condition.

Ususally I try to live in the rehab but this one will be a "to the stud" remodel.I think this is important to share how I overcame this challenge:I live 100 miles away from my market area so back and forth commute was not feasible.
