Hi everyone!

My friend and I are new to the real estate investment world and are beginning to dive deeper into markets that we are interested in. So far, some destinations we are looking at are: Cincinnati, OH...Columbus, OH...Tampa, FL...Memphis, TN, & Nashville, TN. We are looking to invest in single family properties that are in close vicinity to the major cities, that have a good education system, and overall good market trends. We are wondering if anyone has any insight into which neighboring towns are some good options to look at as well as if anyone currently invests in any of these markets, we would love to connect with you.

Thanks!
