Is there any reason I shouldn't use the other LLC on letterhead. 

Right now I'm building a brokerage on top of my other passive income streams (coaching, property management, and property ownership).  

I have also had the pleasure of teaching, coaching, educating, and inspiring other contractors to build better and be cognizant of their value and necessity when helping others realize their dreams.

Commercial brokers have miles long buyers lists and no reason to split their compensation.

I put that the reason for this is because: significant repairs beyond the normal wear and tear (then I list ALL major repairs) and sometimes I have purchased homes because of a divorce and the home needs no repairs.

Also, you can hold business meetings and other events for very reasonable costs. 

You gotta do it no matter what so hire a electrician that’s reasonable to get this straightened out and safe .

These are some of the reasons I invest, and these are the emotions that put me in a position to lose money on my first flip this year.

Some applicants have indicated that paying by check will be a problem for that reason.
