He is looking for new investments via social networking and I feel like I need to warn other investors of this activity.  

For the most part, we haven’t had problems with parties or damages over the nearly 4 yrs we have owned them-you have to screen well, check references, social media, that kind of thing.

This is my only retirement as I don't depend on social security nor have medicare or anyhting else. 

People on Social Security retirement or disability are not garnishable, so this may be an empty promise.

Basically stay busy with that and social media like here.

My question is should I not care about the community/social class and look for a property that cash flows well regardless, or should I just be patient and wait till a property in a very desirable area pops up at a reasonable price?

After having read a lot of bad and some good advice on social media marketing; I am curious as to how much an average investor spends on advertising on social media and the ROI?
