Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 7.

Another building I had under contract and they had encapsulated the foundation all the way up to the ceiling.

I've decieded to use white shaker cabinet (maybe two tones)+black haredware+oak color floor. but not pretty sure about the wall color. if I do pure white/extra white for the wall. two things that i'm concerned about. first, there is no contrast bewteen the cabinet and the wall; second, a 70's house is low ceiling, less natural light, texured on the ceiling (kind of porpcorn ceiling).

Does anyone have a ceiling on their CapEx budget? 

In this instance, I believe I can get to a maximum ceiling for the following:1 unit = $1,098,3002 unit = $1,394,7753 unit = $1,685,8504 unit = $2,095,200Obviously working with a lender on this but we will see. 

They made her put fire rated drywall in the basement ceiling, which they passed, and then the next year tried to force her to replace it!

@Darren Sager  Thanks Darren,  yes the lead paint is chipping all over, ceilings, around windows, and walls.  

The cost of replacing walls. ceiling and floors, is ample reason to replace the roof where shingles have failed even if the wrap is likely to shed the water off.

We found CDW everywhere, ceilings and supposed "firewalls" in the garage where there should have been 5/8 board, but wasn't.This isn't a complicated rennovation, just time consuming.
