If this craziness keeps up you may want to consider biting the bullet and simply selling the triplex while prices are still going up......DO NOT tell prospective buyers you are selling the property because of the problem tenant.

It's an older character home, semi-detached style, and a lot of great features - high ceilings, crown moulding, and a lot of upgrades (roof, both furnaces, all wiring, and insulation under the energy rebate a few year ago).

I personally believe that as others have surmised that we are all made up of energy which cannot be destroyed therefore we carry on. 

Our thoughts are that producing and managing energy efficiently and sustainably unlocks other vital progress to sustainability like desalination and hydroponic food growth.

Also, I am in high enough level position in an energy company to know things are happening. 

I also do websites, graphic design, logo design and social media marketing but I haven't been doing a lot of that type of work lately because my day job as a Community Manager takes a lot of mental energy.
