I was just wondering if there are any wholesalers in this forum that could put me on to some study material for whole selling in Canada or might be willing to pass on a few tips to a beginner.

Will the material in this book be outdated?

The message came right on time as it reinforced many of the tools and insight I am getting from my current read of the classic book The E-Myth Revisited.Replication of systems, processes, and materials seems so convenient and practical.

The logic was that these liens would be very likely to be redeemed or the properties could be foreclosed on for profits.Reality was their marketing materials were far better than their execution.
