@Harvey Rogers IMO I use my LLC to protect my personal assets and for tax reasons.Many traditional REI lenders will not lend if you do not have an LLC.They just don’t want to mess with people testing the waters.You are correct the rates are cheaper for individuals than LLCs but you can I believe get the financing and quit claim the deed to your LLC.If you don’t get your LLC with your first I would definitely look into the advantages when you get to 3 or more.Best of Luck.

You do increase NOI, but not by the leaps and bounds that were predicted.I know this can be dependent on comp properties in the respective areas and what they offer in regards to their tenants, just curious if that is the only litmus test for this type of underwriting scenario.
