My husband said it was raising a red flag for him.... and then we noticed a 1 foot moldy water spot on the ceiling that was coming through the fresh paint.

The first house is this yellow brick 4 bedroom/1 bath with an unfinished basement.The second house is the red house behind it (2 houses on 1 parcel) and it has 3 bedrooms/1 bath and a garage that needs fixed.

These are major red flags.

Here's my strategy - find a fully occupied triplex because for the reasons above, no-one wants them which means less competition in a red hot market. 

But being slow to evict and the whole deposit issue are big red flags.

I wouldn't say it red hot but its pretty close. 

With BOLD & LARGE letters on the CALL TO ACTION portions of my letters and saving my hand from this torment jaja.

Too much red tape and administration to make it worthwhile.
